Sharjah 24 – AFP: Real Madrid drew 1-1 with Osasuna on Saturday in the 24th round of the Spanish Football League, losing two valuable points in the process.

Mbappé gives Madrid the lead

The Spanish champions took an early lead through French star Kylian Mbappé in the 15th minute. However, their advantage was short-lived as English international Jude Bellingham was sent off after a clear objection just before halftime (39th minute).

Budimir’s equaliser and Real’s winless streak

Osasuna equalised in the 58th minute through a penalty from Croatian Ante Budimir. This match marked Real Madrid's third consecutive game without a win, following a draw against Atletico Madrid (1-1) and a loss to Espanyol (0-1) in previous rounds.

Madrid still on top, but under pressure

Despite the draw, Real Madrid remain at the top of the table with 51 points, two ahead of Atletico Madrid, who have a chance to take the lead if they defeat Celta Vigo later. Barcelona, who play Rayo Vallecano on Monday, sit three points behind the leaders.
