Farid Jamal: “Ajmal Makan” launches two distinctive projects

Sharjah 24: Farid Jamal, General Manager of Sales and Marketing at Ajmal Makan Real Estate Development Company, announced the launch of two exciting projects: "The View Island" and "The Blue Beach Residence". Additionally, he shared that the first and second phases of the Shams Island project have already been delivered.

Jamal emphasised the company's commitment to showcasing their latest developments at the Sharjah Real Estate Exhibition "Acres". The two new projects feature unique designs, with "The View Island" offering beach villas and apartments on a private island, while "The Blue Beach Residence" offers low-rise buildings and beachfront apartments.

Successful completion and ongoing developments

Jamal also highlighted the successful delivery of the "Blue Bay Walk" project and the impressive 99% completion rate of the Shams Island project. The remaining phases of these developments are on track for completion and handover.
