Sharjah24 - WAM: His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Fujairah, underscored the UAE leadership's commitment, under the guidance of President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, to the Emiratisation agenda.
He emphasised the development of strategies to ensure impactful progress, drive sustainable development, and achieve comprehensive success in Emiratisation efforts.
He also expressed his aspiration for continued accomplishments under the leadership’s support and the advancement of national capacities to the highest levels of efficiency and readiness.
This came during Sheikh Hamad's reception of Dr. Abdulrahman Al Awar, Minister of Human Resources and Emiratisation; Khalil Khouri, Under-Secretary for Labour Market and Emiratisation Operations; and Dr. Mohammed Al-Mualla, Under-Secretary of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, at Al Rumaila Palace.
During the meeting, Dr. Al Awar briefed Sheikh Hamad on the plans and programmes of the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, highlighting its focus on Emiratisation as a top priority for the UAE government and leadership.
Sheikh Hamad commended the efforts to implement the government’s vision and objectives, particularly in creating job opportunities for Emiratis in the private sector, enhancing their skills, and providing training to enable their significant contribution to the country’s developmental journey.
Sheikh Hamad expressed pride in the tangible achievements of the Ministry and the success of government policies in generating employment opportunities for UAE nationals in the private sector, while fostering their competencies and skills in line with labour market needs.
Dr. Al Awar extended his gratitude to Sheikh Hamad for his warm reception and steadfast support for projects and initiatives that advance the Emiratisation agenda.
The meeting was attended by SSaeed bin Mohammed Al Raqbani, Special Advisor to the Ruler of Fujairah, and Mohammed Saeed Al Dhanhani, Director of the Fujairah Amiri Diwan.
