Sharjah24: The Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) has revealed the schedule for the upcoming season of the Sharjah Shopping Promotions, a leading annual promotional and entertainment event organised by the Chamber.
Set to run from December 8, 2024, to January 19, 2025, this season features a variety of live entertainment, promotional events, and special offers available across the emirate's cities and regions. The Sharjah Chamber has called on all Sharjah-based shopping malls and retail stores to reserve their spots to participate in this flagship event.
Being one of the most important annual promotional festivals organised by SCCI, the Sharjah Shopping Promotions is designed to solidify the emirate’s status as a premier shopping destination in the region. This season will offer a broad array of marketing and entertainment programmes, including enticing deals and significant discounts on a wide range of products.
Spanning 43 days, the Sharjah Shopping Promotions this season aims to draw both residents and visitors of the emirate to a combination of winter-themed activities and promotional campaigns, delivering unique and engaging shopping experiences for all demographics.
The event also offers participating stores and malls an opportunity to boost sales and increase their customer reach, as the target audience includes businesspeople and investors in retail, hospitality, and tourism, as well as entrepreneurs, small business owners, and home-based producers.
In his remarks, Mohammed Ahmed Amin Al Awadi, Director-General of SCCI, stressed that the Sharjah Shopping Promotions is one of the foremost economic and commercial events in the emirate, drawing public interest with its promotions and discounts.
He said that the event serves as an integrated platform that reflects Sharjah's comprehensive developmental strategy, with the Sharjah Chamber playing a pivotal role in driving transformative growth in the retail sector and solidifying the emirate's position as a global destination for shopping and entertainment.
He noted that this season is distinguished by its entertainment activities that are accompanying the various promotional offerings designed to delight families and visitors. The participating shopping malls and retail outlets will be competing to present exceptional offers and promotional deals tailored to the preferences of a diverse shopper base.
