In the 33rd minute, Duván Zapata scored Torino's second goal, followed by Che Adams adding the third goal in the 79th minute.
Daniel Mosquera scored Verona's second goal in the third minute of stoppage time in the second half.
Verona played with ten men from the 21st minute after their player Pavlo Dovhiy was sent off.
Torino has now increased their points to 11, placing them in first position, awaiting the results of the remaining matches, while Verona remains at six points in ninth place.
