UAQ Ruler decrees approval of real estate institution service fees

Sharjah 24 – WAM: His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Rashid Al Mu'alla, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Umm Al Quwain, issued Emiri Decree No. 10 of 2024, regarding the approval of the regulation of service fees and violations for the real estate institution in the Emirate of Umm Al Quwain.
The Decree is effective from the date of its signing and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
