Al Dhaid Dates Fest comes with exciting line-up of events

Sharjah24: Mohammed Ahmed Amin Al Awadhi, Director General of the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, has announced that the 8th session of the Al Dhaid Dates Festival will feature palm owners and farmers participating in a range of engaging events and diverse competitions.

Al Awadhi emphasized the Chamber's commitment to organizing the Al Dhaid Dates Festival and other festivals in the Eastern Region. The goal is to support and motivate palm and farm owners to market their products and showcase their agricultural produce.

He elaborated in statements to “Sharjah 24” that the upcoming session will encompass several specific competitions, including a dedicated contest for children, in an effort to inspire kids to cultivate this revered palm tree and acquaint them with its significance.
