Additionally, its objective is to instruct and improve community understanding of the preventive measures to be adhered to during emergency situations, thereby aiding in the reduction of risks and the preservation of overall safety.
In the initial stage of the campaign, the National Ambulance will introduce the "Safe Summer... Be on Guard" initiative. This initiative aims to raise awareness about the significance of first aid and preventive measures to address emergencies and common injuries during the summer.
In the second phase, the goal is to increase awareness among fishermen and marine excursionists in the UAE about the laws, regulations, and decisions that are in effect to protect the marine environment. This includes informing them about the penalties and fines for violations and illegal practices and educating them about the precautionary measures and safety equipment required before and during their sea activities.
In the third phase, the campaign concentrates on raising awareness and providing education when visiting desert and mountainous areas. This includes search and rescue operations, responding to emergency situations, and the efforts of the National Search and Rescue Center in the National Guard to save lives and evacuate the injured. It also involves managing medical transport cases in coordination with partners to ensure a swift and effective response to emergencies, ultimately saving lives.
