Sharjah24 - WAM: President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan today visited the Monument to the People's Heroes in Beijing during his state visit to the People's Republic of China.
His Highness laid a wreath at the monument, which was built in honour of the Chinese people who gave their lives in defence of their homeland throughout history.
His Highness expressed his admiration for the Chinese people's resilience in overcoming challenges, which has enabled the remarkable progress and development the country continues to experience today.
The delegation accompanying His Highness the President during his visit to China was also present.
