Sharjah 24 – Reuters: Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy has made a significant change within his special forces, replacing Colonel Serhiy Lupanchuk with Brigadier General Oleksandr Trepak. This marks the second replacement in six months for the unit operating in territories occupied by Moscow.
The announcement, made via decrees on the president's website, did not provide specific reasons for the change.

Zelenskiy's decision to reshuffle military leadership comes amid ongoing challenges and uncertainties, particularly with Russian troops advancing in the east. This move is part of a broader effort by Zelenskiy to revamp the armed forces, aiming to bring in experienced commanders attuned to the needs of troops on a daily basis.
