The exhibition will run until the end of the holy month of Ramadan under the patronage of Governor of Hadhramaut Governorate, Mabkhout Mubarak bin Madi, and in partnership with the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labour.
Some 62 productive families are participating in the exhibition with the aim of supporting their products, providing them with job opportunities, encouraging them to produce, and increasing their income.
During the inauguration ceremony, which was attended by Shawqi Al Tamimi, ERC Representative, officials in Mukalla expressed their thanks to the UAE and its humanitarian arm, the ERC, for organising this exhibition, which includes a variety of products offered by productive families, including handicrafts, heritage products, sewing, textiles, incense, perfumes, accessories, and popular food.
These officials stressed that the inauguration of the second edition of the exhibition benefits productive families by providing them with a platform to showcase their products and promote their stores, thus improving the income levels of their members.
