Sharjah 24: From every corner of the globe, they have come to Sharjah, carrying astonishing stories told through their lenses. Their journey was long, filled with challenges and adventures. They spent hours under the sun behind their cameras, observed creatures in the darkness of night, faced dangers to document wars and disasters, and explored diverse and rich cultures and traditions.
Over 400 creators from around the world, each with a message and a purpose in their images, strive to share and disseminate them, contributing to making the eighth edition of the Xposure International Photography Festival the world’s most comprehensive platform for all forms of visual arts enthusiasts.

The festival showcases over 90 individual and group exhibitions covering multiple sectors and different aspects, featuring AED 22.4 million worth of 2,500 images by 400 iconic photographers across various themes; from photography art such as portraiture, documentary and journalistic photography, nature and wildlife, travel and adventure, fine arts and creative expression, to urban life and street, sports and movement, and artistic and experimental subjects. In these exhibitions, images speak a universal language, touching hearts and minds, conveying messages understood by everyone.

At the heart of the festival, organised by the Sharjah Government Media Bureau from February 28 to March 5, "Expo Centre Sharjah" becomes the world's foremost centre for the art of photography and human connection. It includes diverse exhibition spaces and modern facilities, providing visitors with an enjoyable, enriching, and unique experience simultaneously. Moreover, the festival organises more than 200 events, including workshops, panel discussions, and inspirational talks, aimed at enhancing knowledge, skills, and inspiration in photography.
