SDHR, RAKHRD review best practices in compensation

Sharjah24: Sharjah Department of Human Resources (SDHR) received a delegation from the Ras Al Khaimah Human Resources Department (RAKHRD) at its headquarters. The delegation visited the department with the aim of exchanging experiences and learning about the best practices in the field of compensation and the development of legislation supporting human resources.
The meeting dealt with many topics and addressed a number of issues on mutual interest, as the two parties discussed the efforts made and ways to develop the work system.
These kind of visits aim to enrich knowledge and experiences in the field of human resources and achieve the ultimate goal of developing human capital in the United Arab Emirates.
