Sheikh Saud made this statement today while receiving a delegation from the General Authority of Islamic Affairs and Endowments (GAIAE), led by Dr. Omar Habtour Al Darai, Acting Chairman of the Authority.
During the meeting, Sheikh Saud was briefed about the authority’s strategy, plans, and projects to enhance religious awareness, promote Islamic culture, foster moderation, tolerance, and unity, and uphold the principles and concepts of the peaceful Islamic religion among society.
He commended the authority’s accomplishments and its efforts to convey the UAE’s humanitarian message of tolerance, peace, and coexistence. He appreciated its meaningful community message and advanced smart services that benefit Emirati citizens and residents.
Al Darai lauded the support of Sheikh Saud for the authority’s projects in Ras Al Khaimah, stressing that the authority’s strategy and future projects are inspired by the vision of the UAE’s leadership.
The meeting was also attended by Mohammed Saeed Al Neyadi, Director-General of the GAIAE, Ahmed Al Shehhi, Director of the Authority’s Branch in Ras Al Khaimah, and other officials.
