Joint Arab Islamic Extraordinary Summit concludes

The Summit emphasised on all resolutions of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation and the Arab League on the Palestinian Cause and all occupied Arab territories.

The Summit welcomed UN General Assembly's Resolution calling for immediate, sustained Humanitarian truce leading to cessation of hostilities, which was adopted on October 26th.

The Summit emphasised that a just, lasting, and comprehensive peace is the only way to ensure security and stability for all peoples of the region and protect them from cycles of violence and war.

It also affirmed that it is impossible to achieve regional peace by bypassing the Palestinian Cause or trying to ignore the rights of the Palestinian people, and that the Arab Peace Initiative, which was endorsed by the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, is a fundamental reference.

The Summit condemned all forms of hatred and discrimination and all proposals that perpetuate a culture of hatred and extremism."
