Sharjah24 - WAM: His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, said that the objectives of all plans and strategies that the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah is working on implementing is to develop human cadres, as they constitute the primary pillar of the emirate's future vision.
This came during Sheikh Saud's visit to the southern regions of Ras Al Khaimah, including the Huwaylat region of the emirate, where he met with the people and residents of those regions.
The Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah stressed his keenness to elevate the services provided to the southern regions of the emirate to promote comprehensive development witnessed by Ras Al Khaimah across various sectors.
Sheikh Saud was accompanied by several local heads of departments and officials.
