He stated that Vantage Point Sharjah exhibition is dedicated to photography, with the aim of showcasing the work of photographers who are in the early stage of their careers and professional artists from the region and the world, and highlighting their contemporary artwork to the local community.
Al Obaidli added, in an exclusive statement to “Sharjah 24”, that this year the Foundation is supporting a group of photographers from Asia and Africa at the early stage of their careers, by showcasing their works and involving them in overlapping trends such as contemporary photography techniques.
The eleventh edition of Vantage Point Sharjah exhibition includes four artists and one artistic group, selected through an open international call, and whose works challenge established concepts in photographic practices.
