Sharjah24: Rubu’ Qarn Foundation in Sharjah appointed Khawla Sharif Al Hawai as Director of the “Sharjah Children”, and Noura Ali Al Khader Al Shamsi as Deputy Director.
Khawla Al Hawai holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Zayed University, specialising in Human Resources Management, and a certified specialist in the Balanced Scorecard (Kaplan & Norton), which was developed by Harvard Business School. She is a graduate of the Leadership Program of the Executive Office of Sheikha Jawaher bint Mohammed Al Qasimi. She held several leadership positions in the fields of strategy, quality, project management, and business development.
Noura Ali Al Shamsi, Deputy Director, an MBA from the University of Sharjah, is one of the prominent women leaders in the emirate. She held a number of leadership positions in the field of developing and implementing community programmes.
