Sharjah24 – AFP: The Russian Defence Ministry published images showing Russia's Northern Fleet conducting combat drills along the Northern Sea Route in the Arctic.
The exercises come as the country's Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu inspected troops deployed in the Arctic as well as preparations "to defend specially important installations" in this strategic zone, his ministry said Saturday.
