Sharjah 24 – WAM: Sheikh Mohammed bin Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Crown Prince of Ras Al Khaimah, received a delegation from the National Guard led by Staff Major General Salem Saeed Al Jaberi, Commander of the National Guard.
Al Qasimi lauded the efforts to implement the requirements of the Federal Decree for the National Guard and was briefed about the new concept of the National Guard as a national security force that supports civil authorities in internal security operations and counterterrorism and helps in providing comprehensive national security through cooperating with national security agencies.
He also expressed his appreciation for the efforts of the National Guard’s commanders and wished them success in carrying out their duties.
The National Guard works to safeguard national achievements and supports comprehensive national security while enabling the nation's institutions to keep pace with challenges, changes and developments in various areas, he said.
