The Eid prayer was also attended by Sheikh Khalid bin Abdullah Al Qasimi, Chairman of the Sharjah Ports, Customs and Free Zones Authority; Sheikh Mohammed bin Humaid Al Qasimi, Head of the Department of Statistics and Community Development; Sheikh Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Director of the General Authority for Islamic Affairs and Endowments in Sharjah; and Abdulrahman bin Mohamed Al Owais, Minister of Health and Prevention.
Sheikh Man’e Al Nahdi, preached to the attendees, during the Eid Al Adha sermon on the rituals of Eid and their importance and greatness, pointing to the great blessings God bestows upon His servants, which deserve gratitude and praise.
The preacher drew attention to blessing kinship ties and strengthening family and social relationships.
He advised fathers and mothers to raise their blessed children following God’s path and the Prophet’s Sunnah.
