France urges North Korea to end 'destabilising actions'

Sharjah 24 – AFP: France on Wednesday urged North Korea to "put an immediate end to its destabilising actions" after Pyongyang attempted to launch a spy satellite that crashed into the sea after a rocket failure.
Paris "strongly condemns" the attempt "carried out in flagrant violation of Security Council resolutions," the French foreign ministry said.
