Sharjah24: Abdulaziz Ahmed Al Shamsi, Director General of Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department, announced the launch of the new edition of Sharjah Real Estate Exhibition - "ACRES 2023", on Thursday, under the generous patronage of Sheikh Sultan Bin Mohammed Bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, Expo Center Sharjah, with the participation of major real estate development companies.
He added to “Sharjah24” that the Sharjah Real Estate Exhibition - "ACRES 2023" continues until May 28, with major real estate investors from the area and throughout the world, as well as real estate development and investment organizations, and businesses involved in the real estate sector, participate in the Exhibition, which has evolved into a distinctive global Arab platform..
Al Shamsi stresses that the Real Estate Registration Department is always striving to develop the exhibition and enhance the services it offers, as well as showcase the numerous and significant investment opportunities provided by the Emirate of Sharjah to businesses, investors, and real estate developers.
In this context, Al Shamsi stressed the significance of "empowerment partners and investors to develop flexible approaches that align with the evolving requirements of the real estate market, and opening up new opportunities for exhibitors and investors to meet the needs of customers across all segments". This includes offering financial services to investors and the general public who wish to purchase residential units during the exhibition, contributing in maintaining Sharjah’s position as a distinctive investment destination and a significant investment hub in the Gulf and Middle East region.
Abdulaziz Ahmed Al Shamsi also noted that the department is present at the exhibition through its dedicated pavilion, which provides all the digital and real services offered by the department to its clients. He pointed out that "the exhibition is part of the Real Estate Registration Department's strategy aimed at promoting ideal investment in the real estate sector in the Emirate."
