The first-place prize for the Sharjah Longines Cup champion amounts to 160,000 euros, while the total financial prizes for the tournament amount to 561,000 euros, won by the winners and those with advanced positions.
Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed bin Sultan Al Qasimi also honoured the riders who qualified for the World Cup Final in the United States of America " Omaha 2023".
His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah International Cup for show jumping is organised by the Sharjah Equestrian and Racing Club, under the generous patronage and support of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah. The tournament is the last Arab League leg to the World Cup final in the United States. The event is held in cooperation with the Emirates Equestrian Federation, and under the supervision of the International Equestrian Federation, with the official sponsorship of Longines, along with a large number of sponsoring national institutions and companies. The tournament took place this year from 17 - 19 February, with the participation of 400 horses and 300 riders from 42 Arab and foreign countries.
