Sharjah 24 – WAM: Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, today met with Hiroshi Mikitani, Chairman and CEO of Rakuten Group, one of Japan’s largest technology conglomerates, on the sidelines of the World Government Summit 2023.
Sheikh Hamdan discussed with the Rakuten Group CEO ways in which Dubai can support the conglomerate in expanding its business in the UAE and the wider region surrounding it.
The Crown Prince said that Dubai seeks to create a productive platform and supportive environment for global firms to tap the vast investment opportunities emerging from fast-growing markets in the region and beyond.
