Sharjah 24: His Excellency Abdulaziz Ahmed Al Shamsi, Director General, Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department (SRERD), said the real estate sector is one of the most dynamic economic sectors in the Emirate.
“It is deeply interrelated with other sectors. The department spares no effort to keep developing its legislative ecosystem for attracting more investors and entrepreneurs locally and abroad, and for finding solutions to potential challenges.”
Elaborating, Al Shamsi said the department’s participation in the Sharjah Investment Forum is part of its strategy to promote investment in the Emirate, and accentuate the advantages and incentives available in the business sector.
“The event is an ideal platform for developing and enhancing partnership with key Arab and foreign investors. It is also a priceless opportunity to employ our years-old relationships with Arab and international institutions in attracting foreign investments, and spotlight the competitive advantages of the Emirate of Sharjah at various levels.”
Al Shamsi added that the department briefed all participant investors and businesspersons on its services, mainly the smart solutions that help save their time and effort.
