Sharjah24 - WAM: His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Fujairah, has received, in his palace in Al Rumailah, the National Library and Archives team, led by Abdullah Majid Al Ali, Director-General of National Library and Archives.
During the meeting, Sheikh Hamad learnt about the work and objectives of the National Library and Archives, as well as its current and future projects and programmes, and reviewed with the team their cooperation with the Fujairah Government entities towards developing the sector.
The Fujairah Ruler lauded the great role that national institutions and libraries play in developing research and documentation activities and producing cultural projects across various forms of media.
The National Library and Archives team thanked H.H. Sheikh Hamad for the warm welcome and hospitality and his support of cultural and research projects.
The meeting was attended by Mohammed Saeed Al Dhanhani, Director of the Fujairah Emiri Court.
