Sharjah 24 – WAM: His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Rashid Al Mualla, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Umm Al Quwain, has sent a message of congratulations to the Emir of Qatar, His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, on the occasion of his country's National Day.
Sheikh Rashid bin Saud bin Rashid Al Mu'alla, Crown Prince of Umm Al Quwain, dispatched a similar message to the Emir of Qatar.
