Sharjah 24 – KUNA: The Secretary-General of the GCC, Dr. Nayef Al-Hajraf condemned Sunday the "terrorist" bombing that occurred in the Turkish city Istanbul earlier today and resulted in several casualties.
In a statement, Al-Hajraf expressed the GCC's solidarity with Turkey, affirming its firm position against terrorism in all its forms.
Al-Hajraf also expressed sincere condolences to the families of the victims and to the Turkish government and people, wishing a speedy recovery for the injured.
