Al Muhairi stated that Bee'ah Group works to attract citizens to join its team as it needs citizens from fresh graduated category and with experiences , noting the importance of the National Career Exhibition as it is a vital link between sectors requesting work, and qualified human capabilities .
He added to Sharjah 24: We need these talents in light of the expansion of the work of the "Bee'ah" group, which started its work in 2007 in Sharjah, then our business expanded in almost all emirates, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Ajman and Al Ain, and our business expanded outside the country, to include the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Egypt.
Ali Al-Muhairi pointed out that there are specialised programs that last for 12 months for fresh graduates and for those who do not have experience, as well as high school after taking exams in various jobs.
