Sharjah 24 – WAM: His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Rashid Al Mu'alla, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Umm Al Quwain, has issued a resolution appointing Sheikh Rashid bin Saud bin Rashid Al Mu'alla, Crown Prince of Umm Al Quwain as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Umm Al Quwain University.
As per Resolution No. 6 of 2022, the board’s chairman will select its members and may seek outside assistance to help complete the board’s tasks.
The board’s membership term is three years, and may be renewed.
The resolution will rescind any legal texts that contradict its provisions, and shall come into force from the date of its issuance and be published in the Official Gazette.
