]His Excellency Muhammad Al-Kashf, a member of the Federal National Council, praised the efforts of the Advisory Council and Umm Al Quwain University in focusing on the most important media developments and adding them to the level of higher education for university students and paying attention to the practical side of students in order to consolidate their media work in a clear and useful way.
Dr. Haitham Abdul Rahman Al-Samarrai, Dean of the College of Mass Communication, confirmed in exclusive statements to "Sharjah 24" that the council came out with a number of recommendations, including the work of an institute on archeology affiliated with Umm Al Quwain University, which works on excavating antiquities in the emirate, and the council aims to encourage other councils in specialisations.
