Sharjah24 - WAM: Sultan Mohammed Majid Al Ali has presented his credentials to President Klaus Werner Iohannis of Romania, as the UAE Ambassador to Romania, during a ceremony held at the presidential palace in the capital Bucharest.
Al Ali conveyed to President Iohannis the greetings of President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, and their sincere wishes to the President and people of the country for further development and prosperity.
In turn, the President of Romania reciprocated the sentiment to the UAE leaders, wishing the UAE government and its people further growth and development.
President Iohannis wished the UAE Ambassador success in his work to enhance the ties between both countries, while highlighting his country's readiness to provide him with the required support.
Al Ali expressed his pride at representing the UAE in Romania, as well as his keenness to strengthen bilateral ties and develop their friendship to achieve the aspirations of their peoples.
During the meeting, both sides discussed the prospects of fostering cooperation between the UAE and Romania for the benefit of both sides.
