Sharjah24 – AFP: Veteran Owen Wilson said he enjoyed creating family fun in his new superhero comedy film "Secret Headquarters".
Speaking at red carpet event for the film's premiere in New York City on Monday, Wilson said the film's crew preferred he show off a "dad bod," rather than build up his physique in preparation for the role.
The film tells the story of a young boy who learns his father is superhero after finding his secret headquarters in the lower level of their home. Adventure and comedy ensures as him and his friends are tasked with helping to save the world.
The film also stars actors Jesse Williams and Michael Pena, who said they both earned respect from their kids for being in the movie.
"Secret Headquarters" is set for release on U.S. streaming service Paramount + on August 12.
