Sharjah24: The Summer Center at Al Dhaid Club organised a scientific trip for the participants to the Sharjah Aquarium with a delegation of 47 students from the category of young children from 7 to 13 years old. The participants learned about the secrets of the deep sea world, which is full of movement and vitality.
The participants inspected the departments of the aquarium, which is the first and largest governmental educational center for marine creatures in the UAE. It consists of two floors and includes about 21 aquariums, where they saw various types of fish and marine creatures.
The visit aimed to educate children about the great role that seas and oceans play in our daily lives, through which we shed light on the marine environment, water reserves and the nature of marine creatures that inhabit the depths of the Arabian Gulf Sea. They also learned about ancient and contemporary fishing methods and tools.
