Sharjah Ruler performs Eid Al Adha prayer at Sharjah Mosque

Sharjah24: His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, on Saturday morning, performed the Eid Al Adha prayer in Sharjah Mosque in the presence of Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah.
The Eid prayer was also attended by Sheikh Mohammed bin Saud Al Qasimi, Head of the Central Finance Department; Sheikh Khalid bin Abdullah Al Qasimi, Head of the Department of Seaports and Customs; Sheikh Salem bin Abdulrahman Al Qasimi, Head of the Ruler’s Office; and Sheikh Mohammed bin Humaid Al Qasimi, Chairman of the Department of Statistics and Community Development; and several other Sheikhs, Abdul Rahman bin Mohammed Al Owais, Minister of Health and Prevention; and heads of local and federal departments and entities.
Sheikh Abdullah Mansour delivered the Eid sermon, in which he addressed the exploits of glorifying the rites of Allah in all acts of worship and on holidays, the importance of thanking Allah for his blessings, following the path of Prophet Muhammad, and raising children in the best way possible.

In his speech, he addressed the importance of positive thinking, optimism, and patriotism, in addition to doing good deeds that benefit the country and society.
The preacher further spoke about the responsibility of the righteous Muslim towards his family and country, the necessity of raising children properly and instilling the values of virtue in them, and saying prayers and thanking Allah for all of his blessings.

He pointed to the need to follow the path of the Prophet, teaching it to the new generation, especially concerning the importance of the Eid sacrifice. He also went on to talk about connecting and bonding with family, relatives, and neighbors during Eid, bringing joy and pleasure to them.
