Sharjah 24: His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, issued Emiri Decree No. (43) regarding the formation of the Board of Trustees of the Sharjah Education Council (SEC).

The Decree stipulates that the Board of Trustees of the Sharjah Education Council (SEC) will be formed under the chairmanship of Dr. Saeed Mosbeh Mohammed Al Kaabi, and the membership of each of the following:

1. Dr. Obaid Ali Obaid Bin Butti Al Muhairi.
2. Sheikh Abdulrahman Abdullah Majid Ahmed Al Mualla.
3. Ali Ahmed Yaqoub Yousef Al Hosani.
4. Dr. Saif Khamis Ahmed Abdullah Al Naqbi.
5. Aisha Mohamed Zayed Khalifa Al Tunaiji.
