At the start of the meeting, Bin Touq conveyed the greetings of President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, to the Kyrgyz President and their best wishes of further progress and prosperity for him and the people of Kyrgyzstan.
Japarov welcomed the visit of the UAE delegation to his country and offered his condolences on the passing of Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
He also wished more development, progress and prosperity for the UAE under the leadership of President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
President of Kyrgyzstan asked Bin Touq to reciprocate his greetings to President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed and His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and his wishes of more development, progress, and prosperity to the UAE under its wise leadership.
During the meeting, they tackled bilateral relations between the two countries and ways to boost investment, trade and economic opportunities and cooperation in various strategic domains for the benefit of the two sides.
The UAE Economy minister said that the directive of the UAE wise leadership aims at promoting partnership and cooperation through exploring joint investment and trade opportunities and upscaling them into higher levels, which would contribute to achieving sustainability of economic growth between the two countries.
He added that UAE-Kyrgyzstan ties are witnessing continuous development thanks to the support of the two countries' leadership.
President of Kyrgyzstan expressed his confidence that UAE-Kyrgyz Business Forum and its results will play key role towards enhancing trade ties between the two countries through strategic sectors, especially tourism sector.
In the same context, the UAE Economy minister held another meeting with Akylbek Japarov, Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan in Bishkek and discussed bilateral economic ties and developing trade and investment partnership between the two countries. Bin Touq also held several meeting with a number of Kyrgyz ministers.
