Sharjah 24 – WAM: His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Rashid Al Mu'alla, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Umm Al Qaiwain, issued an Emiri Decree appointing the chairman of the emirate’s Financial Audit Department (FAD).
Decree No. 3 of 2022 stipulates the appointment of Sheikh Mohammed bin Saud Al Mu’alla as the department’s chairman, and any legal text that contradicts the decree will be annulled.
The Decree shall come into force on the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
