Ringo Starr mural revealed in Liverpool

Sharjah24 – Reuters: A mural has been unveiled of Beatles drummer Ringo Starr close to where he grew up in Liverpool in northern England.
The artwork covers the wall of the former Empress pub in the city's Toxteth area.

The mural also features colourful cartoon images from the 1960s movie 'Yellow Submarine'.

Starr lived in a street behind the pub, where his mother was a barmaid. from the age of six.

The piece was painted by local artist John Culshaw.
