Sharjah 24: American Steve McCurry, one of the most iconic voices in contemporary photograph, revealed that photography gives him creative energy, allows him to enjoy life, and that he couldn't imagine doing anything else.
In an exclusive statement to “Sharjah 24”, he expressed his gratitude and appreciation to His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, for the most remarkable photography festival “ Xpoxure 22” which is so distinctive and provides an excellent opportunity for photographers to share their work in a community that fosters a sense of fellowship, and he voiced his delight at being at the festival and expressed his anticipation of returning.
