Ukraine's Foreign Minister Dmytro said Wednesday that Kyiv hopes Russia's attitude towards de-escalating ties would be more constructive following talks between Washington and Moscow in Geneva later this week.
"It's very important to us that these negotiations are successful in changing Russia's behaviour to be less aggressive and more constructive," Kuleba said during a joint press conference with Secretary of State Antony Blinken.
