Commenting on this, Francisco Ayala, spokesperson of the National Anti-Drug Secretariat (SENAD) said, "During these interventions, it was possible to arrest the main target, or leader of this organisation, whose last name is Balbuena. Three other people were also arrested, and a cache of more than 900 kilos of cocaine was seized."
Zully Rolon, minister of the National Anti-Drug Secretariat (SENAD) has also pointed out, "As you know, Paraguay does not produce cocaine, and obviously this cocaine has to come from other places where it is produced. Generally, it is taken by air."
