Sharjah 24 – AFP: Dutch King Willem-Alexander swore in the Netherlands' new climate-focused government on Monday, a record-breaking 10 months after elections.

Prime Minister Mark Rutte, leading his fourth coalition after drawn-out negotiations, led cabinet colleagues at the ceremony in the Noordeinde Palace in The Hague.
