France calls for "moderation" in Kazakhstan

French Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian told reporters in Paris after the Collective Security Treaty Organisation (CSTO) agreed to send in troops, “The events of the previous night are exceedingly concerning... We urge all parties, both in Kazakhstan and within the framework of the CSTO, to exercise restraint and engage in dialogue.”
