Sharjah 24: During an interview with “Sharjah 24”, Tunga Mboti, the director of the Namibian pavilion explained: "Basically, Namibia's pavilion here is for displaying Namibia's culture and showcase various sectors of investment opportunities. In addition to promoting the country, the pavilion shows the globe that Namibia is one of the nations with a heavy concentration of wildlife, making it a popular tourist destination.
Aside from promoting our nation, we've also set ourselves goals for beyond EXPO, she explained. Increasing the number of tourists from this region, as well as educating the public about Namibia so that they see it as a viable investment opportunity, is one of our primary goals. We also hope to find a market for Namibian products that we display in our retail area, not only in the Gulf region, but also in other parts of the world.
