Jordan Condemns Pirating, Hijacking of UAE Ship by Houthi Militia

Sharjah 24 – SPA: The Jordanian government Monday strongly condemned the incident of pirating and hijacking an Emirati-flagged ship by the Houthi militia, while it was sailing off the shores of the Yemeni Al-Hudaidah Governorate.
Spokesperson of the Jordanian Foreign Ministry Haitham Abu Al Foul stresses Jordan’s strong condemnation of these terrorist acts that pose a threat to the freedom of maritime navigation and a blatant violation to the international law, calling for the immediate release of the ship to continue its route.
