Iraqi PM announces complete withdrawal of int'l coalition forces

Sharjah 24 – KUNA: Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kathemi announced, Wednesday, the completion of the withdrawal of combat forces of the international coalition from Iraq after the end of their missions there.

Al-Kathemi, on his official Twitter feed, pointed out that the role of the coalition in the next stage will be limited to advice and support. He expressed thanks to Iraq's neighbour countries and partners in the war against “Daesh”, stressing readiness of the Iraqi forces to defend the country.
