Dominican Republic Pav. at Expo showcases country’s uniqueness

Sharjah 24: Carolina Peguero, Director of Dominican Republic Pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai, stated that one of many unique features of the Dominican Republic, includes its musical genres that are recognised by the UNESCO, like Merengue and Bachata.
She added that pavilion includes carnival customs, which visitors could take pictures with and have a good time.

In a statement to "Sharjah 24", she maintained that the pavilion contains a section of the country’s exports, which displays the Dominican Republic’s coffee, chocolate and wide range of products produced in the country. 

She highlighted that the Dominican Republic is considered a leader in world of organics, being the largest exporter of organic cocoa and banana in the world.

She indicated that the investment sectors consist of the country being a big tourism destination with very competitive and modern infrastructure, through eight international airports, despite being a small island of 10 million people. 

She concluded her statement by welcoming visitors to experience all that the pavilion has to offer.
