Sharjah24: Expo 2020 Dubai stadiums witnessed the first activities of the Sharjah Sports Police General Command, which included a football and a volleyball tournament, with the participation of a large number of employees of the Central Region Police Department, with the aim of enhancing the quality of life.
The event hosted two matches, football and volleyball, in which the number of participants reached 25 players. The matches witnessed a remarkable friendly competition between the players, and an interesting interaction.
Colonel Ahmed Jassim Al Zaabi, Director of the Central Region Department, stressed the keenness of the Sharjah Police General Command to upgrade its members of the military cadre in terms of physical and health, which makes them fully prepared to carry out their various job tasks, which require them to implement the law.
Al Zaabi pointed out that he chose to hold the sports event in the stadiums of Expo 2020 Dubai, as the Expo is a place that witnesses the largest cultural gathering filled with diverse new experiences that enhance the success of various events, especially sports ones.
